Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please use the original packaging materials when returning the item.

Certain items are non-returnable. Please note that we do not accept returns for books.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75 since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at message@fortytwocomics.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send back your item. Items returned without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at message@fortytwocomics.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
